This project included the installation of a new cedar shingle roof and repairs to the wood siding of the historic Switzer Covered Bridge, one of only a dozen remaining covered bridges in Kentucky. The bridge was originally built circa 1855 as a 120 ft. long Howe Truss design spanning across North Elkhorn Creek, in Franklin County.
