IMG_0022

This project included the historic preservation of the 150 year old Church, renovation of the  1950’s education building and new addition connecting the two. We presented a masterplan and cost estimates for fund raising one year before starting construction.

Design work included asbestos abatement, soil evaluations and borings,  site utilities, preservation of historic structure, brick cleaning & tuckpointing, new construction consisting concrete and steel construction, storefront windows, elevator and custom casework, minor renovation of the pulpit and balcony. Existing stained glass windows were re-worked by a specialty glass company in Lexington.

Our firm made monthly site visits during construction to review quality of construction and contractor pay applications.
