In 2010, Potts Architects began the first of several projects for Asbury Theological Seminary by renovating the oldest and most historically significant structure on the Seminary’s campus. This project included complete gutting of the interior walls of existing student housing for renovation as staff offices.  The project included all new interior partitions, windows, doors, new elevator, and all new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. The exterior included tuckpointing, cleaning, new roofs and painting. A small outdoor plaza was added to the project.
