JACOBS HALL – KENTUCKY SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF

This historic building, built in 1865 and recognized on the National Register of Historic Buildings, is the oldest surviving building on the KSD campus, and contains a recreation of a student dormitory and classroom from the 1850′s. Our renovations consisted of exterior painting, wood column repair, and wood windows. The roofing was bid separately and consisted of minor repairs of box gutters, downspouts and metal flashing, and replacement of roofing on the porches and perimeter of the upper roof. We prepared a total of four different bid packages.
